•Launched and cross-trained a combined equity and fixed income roadshow team, including developing long-term strategic business relationships. •Developed a strategic RFP for long-term webcasting cost-savings initiative utilized as a top marketing tool to reach vast broadening client groups. •Responsible for London roadshow team for 5 months, securing strategic UK and European internal and external relationships. •Key involvement in the start-up of Lehman’s Asia roadshow team. •Managed first 2 Private Equity global marketing roadshows, working directly with the managing partners, both lasting more than 12 months. •Responsible for the administration of compliance regulation for Syndicate Road shows team. •Sales support on New Issues, including information gathering, comps and liaising with company managements. •Mentored first 2 roadshow marketing specialists for Asia-Pacific region. •Implemented cost savings initiatives. Successfully leveraged vendor relationships leading to significant cost reductions. •Authored a comprehensive Guide to Capital Markets Roadshows, a detailed informational document for new employees. •Developed department overview for Lehman’s website. VP, Manager, Equity Research Marketing (1996-2003) •Launched Equity Research Marketing Group, including analyst marketing (80+ analysts) and company management (non-deal road show) marketing. •Formulated directional marketing meetings between research-backed companies and institutional equity investors including field trips, 3rd party sponsorship conferences, industry conferences and hundreds of group meetings. •Supervised all key one on one meetings at industry conferences, the most comprehensive being pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and energy. •Worked closely with account managers and CRM to provide thorough marketing support. •Established equity conference key one-on-one investor meeting effort. Managed and administered the vital one-on-one schedules for an average of 20 equity conferences and several high yield conferences, including liaising with presenting companies, investment banking, research and sales. •Developed a weekly marketing schedule with massive internal and external (investors) distribution on a weekly basis.
