Daily Duties at Wellcare :

Reporting to the Director IT; recruited as lead systems engineer of 11 engineers, provided technical and project management oversight for all enterprise messaging applications; Microsoft Exchange 2003 (5000 + users), Blackberry enterprise (500 + users), and Right fax enterprise (2500+ users). Notable Accomplishments: * Designed, maintained, and implemented fault tolerant clustered Exchange 2003; increasing uptime from 70% to 99% * Merged 8 separate 2003 Exchange servers with localized storage and 16 mail stores per server into a 4 node fault tolerant 3 active 1 passive cluster with San connected storage; immediately decreased operating cost by $200K * Implemented Iron Port clustered AntiSpam email appliance; decreased email SPAM by 99% * Designed fault tolerant Right Fax 9.x clustered enterprise network; increased system reliability from 50% to nearly 99%
