Consulted with client (Arby’s Restaurant Group) re: the development of effective marketing strategies designed to increase market share; identified ways to leverage the company’s mission of “Quality Food, Fast & Friendly.” Crafted creative marketing messages touting Arby’s new healthy menu options, consistent with significant consumer behavioral shifts toward more health-conscious eating habits. Supervised the development and launch of Arby’s retail advertising program; partnered with the company’s 3,700 restaurant locations across 48 states in order to execute on time and within budget.
