Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:

-Coached motivated and developed representatives to achieve the ultimate promoter experience when conducting side-by-side observations,providing efficient and timely feedback. -Project Lead to ensure timely completion of bi-monthly reporting on center quality results for the leadership team. -Patnered with the Leadership Team by expressing ideas and information to ensure the quality initiative was communicated through AD Calibrations and Supervisor one on one sessions. -Created and implemented " Above and Beyond" project to increase First Call Resolution for the center, while focusing on specific coachinhy and development for the bottom 20% representatives. UNIVERSAL COORDINATOR-TECH ONE -Assisted internal and external customers in tier two technical support,conducting tier one and two troubleshooting while maintaining an open mind, willing to explore alternative options to ensure First Call Resolution. -Complete understanding and communication complex and technical information clearly and concisely, adjusting language and terminology to the needs of the customer (internal and external) in a professional manner. POINT OF CONTACT/SUPERVISOR & TRANSITION ASSISTANT -Coaching representatives for effcient call handling and sequencing through drawn personal experiences. -Motivated and trainned representatives on situation based performances of Network capabilites. POINT OF CONTACT /EXPERIENCE SUPPORT TEAM -Facilitating M&P refresher trainings to communicate procedure processes, changes and updates. -Provided assistance to customer contact representatives in adapting to changes by demonstrating openness and responding positively to new ideas and changes.
