Daily Duties at Medical Manager Health Systems:
Managed network of 350 independent sales offices. Created and deployed all channel related initiatives relating to product knowledge, education, sales and support. Managed all licensing and channel related issues. Created national independent distribution network for medical software provider that eventually became part of WebMD. Managed software licensing issues. Refocused sales strategy to accommodate shift in physician market from independent practitioners to groups. Developed material to support IPO, road shows and other investor relations events. Served as Regional Sales Manager prior to company IPO (while operating as Systems Plus, Inc.), delivering top sales performance in the US and establishing territories in Puerto Rico, Mexico and Panama. Authored corporate business plan for all divisions of the enterprise (2000 through 2003). Re-negotiated and closed 95% of qualifying independent sales offices into a new contact prior to Public Stock Offering. After Public Stock Offering, created/deployed corporate rationalization plan for integration of purchased independent sales offices.
