Lead development of business plans, training programs, deploying accounting systems and vertical marketing strategy. Recruited by former head of Lennar Corporation to develop framework and core sales tools, including internet presence and dealer and manufacturer agreements. Created sales proposal tool, illustrating system performance combined with financial payback matrix. Oversee accounting and operations, providing guidance and support on new business development and existing client relationship expansion efforts. Lead large-scale strategic alliance and new business development initiatives, managing key contacts and developing custom proposals.
