• Assisted in the opening of a mass production, baked goods operation that services clients such as Starbucks and Cinnabon throughout the entire state of North Carolina. • Managed all aspects involving site procurement, remodeling, obtaining proper health permits, hiring and training of production staff, performing quality audits, procuring a fleet of delivery trucks, and managing transportation logistics as the business expanded • Monitored scrap material (dough and other materials) and implemented methods of decreasing the possibilities of scrap.
