developed new technology using Teradata and other COTS tools to process satellite imagery for image matching and recognition of potential threats foreign and domestic. The technology Ed developed was able to process digital images inside the database on a massive scale of 100,000+ comparisons per minute on a single Teradata node system. Ed was responsible for all aspects of the system design as well and development and testing.
