Directed the SCM function for four sites. • Scheduled and managed employee assignments. • Developed process documentation, web-based SCM request forms and PVCS Tracker standards. • Administered mainframe SCM activities and represented Change Control group as Acting Manager. • Developed SCM processes at various sites by managing installations and directing PVCS Version Manager and Tracker maintenance.
