Daily Duties at Abn Amro:
Contract Position Instrumental in leading the conversion of several projects to improved SCM processes using All Fusion Harvest in compliance with SEI/CMM guidelines. • Worked closely with Project Management, leading the SCRB and building trust between the Development, SQA, and SCM departments. • Created processes for managing various types of internally developed software and for controlling vendor supplied software. • Conducted builds and implementations of source code and executables. • PVCS administrator for Version Manager and Tracker and led the conversion to these tools for several projects
