Daily Duties at Change Dynamics:
Worked out of my home office as a travelling consultant. Responsible for demonstrations of the company’s process management solution - IT Symphony • Designed presentations for web-based and in-person demos. • Traveled to customer sites to install and/or upgrade clients to TeamTrack. • Tested and made enhancements to IT Symphony.
