Responsible for all aspects of information technology and telecommunication systems, including IT strategy, IT operations, IT budget, staff training, sales and marketing program support for corporate headquarters and branch offices. Leveraged existing Microsoft technology to remotely manage branch office IT operation to eliminate travel costs. Modernized all technology to stabilize IT and telecommunications systems to drastically reduce failures and enable faster recovery of critical systems. Implemented Microsoft CRM to help corporate sales, marketing, and service department’s better mange customer information. Entire implementation and customization was complete with little outside help by me to maintain minimal cost. Utilized scribe software to import clean data into CRM and perform integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Customized Microsoft CRM fields, screens, and reports to capture corporate specific data. Developed and presented customized training for all departmental staff.
