Daily Duties at P Hoenix Communications Group:
Install configure, and maintain server and desktop operating system on new or existing hardware. Assist in provisioning hardware specs for needed servers and desktops to support client’s environment. Create documentation for network and Standard operating procedures and “how-to” technical documents. Install Monitor server and desktop hardware OS issues/performance via monitoring tools such as Solar Winds. Provide 24/7 On Call Engineer support on a scheduled basis. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on server and desktop platforms. Recommend future infrastructure design and create detailed project plans to roll out implementations. Hands on experience in deploying and ongoing support of routers, switches, and wireless access points.
