Office Management/Case Management/Office Reception; Maintain documentation and case records; Investigate alleged abuse/neglect of children, disabled, adults, and the elderly; Remove victim from dangerous environment and arrange foster or kinship care; Arrange housing, government assistance, education, medical and mental treatment; Interview, counsel, and obtain information to assess risk and form a safety plan; Prepare affidavits and testify in court; Perform criminal background checks, verify employment, verify documents (birth certificate, social security card, driver’s license, and medical records); Computer Skills; Excellent writing and verbal skills; Ability to address the public and communicate effectively
