Directed product marketing, sales support, eMarketing, branding, design, copywriting, project management, print buying, and literature fulfillment services. • Increased marketing communications production by 300% through the development of a cohesive team and time-saving processes, while achieving significant improvements in industry-wide quality rankings, despite a 20% reduction in headcount and a 40% reduction in operating budget. • Grew variable annuity market share from 3% to 8% in the independent channel, and from 1% to 4% within the banking and regional firm channel, by increasing the range, quality, and quantity of marketing communications and literature. • Enhanced internet and intranet capabilities to enhance marketing and sales support for internal and external wholesalers, and expanded external website to become an integrated marketing and sales development portal for producers. • Reduced printing and fulfillment costs from $16 million to $10 million annually, and increased speed-to-market through the creation of a new integrated dual-distribution fulfillment system.
