Daily Duties at Willms Financial Network:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in investment and retirement planning, and collaborate with life insurance agents in evaluating and handling clients’ financial needs for this insurance agency and affiliated securities broker/dealer. Conduct client portfolio analyses and reviews, and recommend products that complement and enhance wealth management strategies. Oversee and manage relationship with the broker/dealer, including the recruitment and development of registered representatives. Train life insurance agents to handle a wide variety of investment and retirement planning needs. • Created a comprehensive retirement planning and investment training curriculum for life insurance agents, enabling them to position themselves as more holistic financial representatives. • Developed and implemented a “Cascading Pyramids” retirement planning framework and methodology, allowing agents to position themselves as consultative retirement planning resources for their clients.
