Daily Duties at Self Realization Fellowship:
Managed the retreat business office. Coordinated volunteer work in various departments including maintenance, housekeeping, systems admin., auto, etc. Responsible for marketing and promotion of retreat programs through direct mail, brochures, flyers, etc., and to generate income for the upkeep of the facility and program expenses. Coordinated and emceed thematic retreat weekends and other events. Increased the weekend retreat attendance and income by 350%. Systematized & streamlined main office functions & output for increased efficiency and enhanced image of the Center.
