Daily Duties at Repsol Ypf:
Handled the configuration of the P2P process and downstream OGSD business process: SAP [MCOE/HPM/EXG/TD/MAP/TDP/MRN/BDRP/ GTM (Contract management, Execution, Expense and Risk management). Handled TAS-SAP R/3 and R/3 to TAS interface Prepared step-by-step implementation of P2P process, inter-intra company STO’s, EDI-IDOC Mapping for PO creation, PO changes, ASN, MM-FI and MM-QM Design and development of the TSW (Rail / Marine) and handled HPM configuration, Oil and gas quantity conversions and maintenance of base UOM. Determination of shipment pricing procedure, condition types and records and configuration shipment cost settlement Perform SAP GTM analysis, design and programming functions. Implement the strategic plan for support of future company information requirements and integration to cash flow Handle drop-shipment business scenario, data collation for pre-sales / purchase activities, customize contract pricing schema in GTM
