Daily Duties at Juno Lighting, Inc.:

Reporting directly to the Sr. VP Finance/CFO, led financial affairs functions of the organization, including preparation of operational financial analyses, interim and final financial statements for the guidance of management. Having five direct reports and total team of 20, responsible for financial plans and policies, accounting practices and maintenance of fiscal records. Supervised General Accounting, Cost Accounting, A/P, A/R and Credit departments. As Assistant Secretary, had local responsibility for legal corporate filings and documents.
