Provided assistance with claims appeal process. Answered questions regarding HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA, and other legislative and benefit laws. Attended training opportunities and Collaborative Way to increase industry knowledge and practical abilities. Proactively built solid relationships with clients through regular meetings and quarterly calls.
