Handled benefit renewal and Open Enrollment process, and produced Benefit Enrollment packets for newly eligible employees. Worked with employees to answer health benefit questions and resolve their issues. Assisted with payroll processing for three subsidiaries using Traverse. Handled testing of job applicants, and processed new hires and terminations.
