Daily Duties at Instos Inc. (Government Contract) :

• Familiar with DOD HR systems, handling of existing Army base personnel record process. Digitizing all personnel medical records within a SQL Database environment • Assesses local operations environments determine how our system will integrate into existing customer operations procedures. Identify any special site specific operational issues we have not previously encountered. • Introduces system concept to local operation staff so they are prepared before the scheduled installation. • Coordinate onsite hardware installation practices, installation documentation, and software installations • Implement Site Survey project plan that will determine physical installation of equipment. • Document installation plan, floor diagrams, etc for existing Army bases domestic and international. • Provide onsite diagnostics with hardware and software installations • Conducts training of customer staff as needed on system maintenance (e.g. backups, preventative hardware maintenance, and supplies replacement procedures)
