I work directly under my Federal Security Director and his 400 + staff of Air Marshals, Bomb Appraisal Officers, Aviation Regulatory Inspectors, and Stakeholder Mgr’s with front-line support for any and all network issues ranging from desktop-laptop support, Exchange and Share-Point Administration, Altiris and Citrix resolution, Security image deployments, BES Administration, VOIP/VPN configurations, Cisco routing-switching and Active Directory in an enterprise production environment…
