Supervised two manufacturing shifts at two facilities with three supervisors and 78 hourly employees. Areas supervised included CNC punching, CNC milling, and welding centers. • Sequenced work orders and managed shift schedule for manufacturing production on all shifts • Streamlined set-up time by combining like orders to eliminate set-up of like parts, reducing set-up redundancies • Coordinated the implementation of a manufacturing flow schedule, resulting in higher efficiencies for tracking order progress through shop floor • Conducted two-year prototyping to establish new product line
