• Responsible for the financial management and administrative supporting development of people within the Accounting and Accounts Payable Department with the new JD Edwards Accounting System that began November 1999. • Evaluated financial data to ensure that represents accuracy and reasonableness of the mills operation and reflect the true manufacturing cost per ton. • Supervised the operating functions of the Accounts Payable Department and personnel. • Supervised and maintained the Property System to ensure the integrity and accuracy of being in compliance with acceptable accounting practices and procedures. • Coordinated the month end process to ensure that all data input is entered. • Supervised and controlled the Capital Expenditure Projects and ensured compliance to Accounting and Corporate Procedures. • Supervised and managed the operation of the Fiber Management System. • Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts for accuracy.
