Executive Vice President 2000-2007 Vice-President 1993-2000 Office Manager 1991-1993 Programmer/Analyst 1984-1991 Responsible for the design, creation, sale and support of software for the wholesale food distribution industry, which not only includes produce companies, but also meat, seafood, food distribution and is adaptable for almost any wholesale distribution company. The software controls the inventory and accounting needs of these unique industries. The company offers all training, accounting, internal controls, analysis, custom programs and/or data conversions that may be needed. Other duties: Assistant to the President, Office Manager, client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general office administrative duties. Responsible for installations, training and maintenance of all releases and upgrades of the company's software systems at the clients’ premises. Worked closely with clients, including owners and top administrators, regarding their custom programming needs, determined the applicability of those needs and then was responsible for communicating and coordinating the modifications to the programmers so that they knew what needed to be done in order to meet the clients’ needs. Trained clients on all aspects of the software and/or any modifications, encompassing purchase orders and receiving of inventory, sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger. Managed custom modifications for clients and made sure that all new programs were completed in a timely manner. Facilitated business discussions and decisions with the President, as well as program analysis with the programmers. Designed and wrote programs for the base package.
