• Learn and sell the Multidisciplined Medical-Surgical Products Humedical (S) Pte. Ltd. is selling (Cardiothoracic Surgery, General Surgery, ENT Surgery, HPB surgery and Liver Dialysis, Colorectal Surgery, Orthopaedic and Spine Surgery, Neurosurgery, Eye and Oculoplastic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology) • Visit customers like doctors / surgeons and nurses, and inform them about these products. • Assist doctors and nurses in the use of these products, attend their cases and service them. • Train nursing staffs and attendants in the set-up and maintenance of surgical products • Provide continuous In-Service for hospital staffs • Provide good service to new and established customers, that is to follow up on enquiries of whatever type (request for quotations, information, In-Service, Sponsorships, Charitable works, etc. ) • Service the existing customer base and expand the customer base by contacting new, prospective clienteles. • Keep written record of contacts to customers, to facilitate the preparation for the next visit and the follow-up. • Do market research as and when needed, getting information about competitors, their products, prices, strategies, and activities. • Set-up equipment like MARS Liver Dialysis Machine, and to assist in these set-ups • Project a positive image of Humedical (S) Pte. Ltd. • Maintain a Minimum Sales Goal of 90% in all Assigned Territories.
