• Monitored procurement performance; reporting actual performance to budget and forecast as well as performance by category for the company’s $2.7 billion non-merchandise spend. Responsible for detailed measurements; working closely with business partners to explain all variances and identifying action plans for improvement. • Established strategies and responses to urgent ad hoc and routine reporting to meet the information requirements of Gap Inc. senior management; while providing value-added financial analysis to assist in the strategic making process. • Benchmarking cost savings initiatives with the procurement organization’s performance and capabilities and diagnose barriers to realization of maximum value.
