• Ensured departmental and capital budgets were submitted in a timely manner. Confirming Store Development teams were following established corporate policies and procedures; collaborated with Store Design, Store Construction, Facilities, Store Services and other leadership teams. • Performed quarterly audits on stores opening; establishing base-lines predicated on sales and store contributions. Furnished recommendations on store closures and relocations. • Provide independent risk oversight for The Children’s Place vendor management program and facilitation of the overall vendor management processes relating to risk ratings, due diligence, vendor negotiations and on-going monitoring of vendor performance. • Established the RFP package; including detail quote, installation, value engineering and pricing worksheets. Partnered with Legal Services; providing templates for product and service contractual agreements.
