• Developed content strategy and generated original programming for four music channels (Classic Rewind, Hair Nation, Rolling Stones Radio and The Bridge), with an emphasis on achieving high levels of channel usage and subscriber satisfaction. • Responsible for day-to-day music programming objectives including song selection and categorization, scheduling rules and implementation of audience research. • Conceived and executed all specialty programming features; produced specialty channels and programs featuring celebrity talent. • Created unique elements for channel websites, and maintained online copy. • Created and oversaw channel branding; responsible for non-music content/copy writing. • Developed, recruited and managed on-air hosts. • Planned and executed promotional efforts to increase channel awareness, listenership and subscriber satisfaction.
