Wrote and submitted grant proposals for faculty and staff. Developed the outcomes and evlaution plans for projects. Read RFPs from sponsors to determine if they meet the needs of faculty as well as not put the Univeristy at risk. Keep the grants database and program management database up to date. Upkeep and maintenance of the UMM Grants Development website. Work with faculty and faculty/staff teams with the management of funded awards. Work with community groups and local public education, as part of community outreach, to find funding sources, apply for funding, and serve as a consultant on projects.
