Documented contracts and provided reference checks as well as new employee training. Problem solved and provided customer service to all customers.  Drove sales and business development efforts, established a network of new customers and presented services and products to meet their needs.  Grew annual sales revenue through customer focused initiatives, and maintained superior customer relations to drive retention and referral business.
