Daily Duties at The Farm In:

 Integral in fostering partnership with SRS to place foster children in permanent homes; coordinated with representatives from area agencies to identify resources, conduct planning meetings and provide follow up services to children.  Effectively managed case load and ensured accuracy of documentation and required reporting protocols.
