Daily Duties at Varsity Contractors:

 Led operations initiatives for the West Ridge Mall and managed an annual budget of $5MM; maintained responsibility for receiving corporate approval for expenditures, and tasked with reducing overall budget through cost containment and savings strategies.  Monitored service contracts for compliance, hired, trained and managed staff performance for 23 employees, and provided ongoing oversight for all critical systems.  Ensured optimized performance for the central plant operations of the West Ridge Mall; provided leadership and training for staff, and personally attended to maintenance issues.  Controlled maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for two1200 ton, one 400 ton chiller, and two electric boilers; leveraged superior maintenance skills to manage performance of air handler units, chilled water cooling system, and fan powered mixing boxes.  Provided superior home improvement services for clients including; painting, drywall installation and finishing, floor tile, cabinets, trim work, electrical repair, snow removal, painting and support for the central plant at West Ridge Mall.  Cultivated strong working relationships with vendors and gained reputation as a knowledgeable maintenance professional with the ability to support the needs of the location.
