Daily Duties at Simon Property Group/Westridge Mall:

 Provide operations and facilities management for the West Ridge Mall; oversee annual budget of $5MM, and maintain complete accountability for discretionary spending and expense decisions.  Evaluate and monitor service contracts for compliance and fulfillment; interact with subcontractors providing repair and maintenance services for interior and exterior environmental services, central plant equipment including boilers and chillers, and construction/remodeling projects.  Provide leadership and oversight to 20+ environmental and maintenance staff; deliver ongoing training, mentoring and performance measurement to ensure a high-performance team.  Interact extensively with tenants and mall management to provide problem resolution, and manager on duty as scheduled to be a mall representative for the public to resolve and handle any issues with staff, tenants and/or customers.  Ensure maximized performance for central plant operations including; computer operated energy management system, lighting, air handler units, chilled water cooling system, and fan powered mixing boxes.
