Directed product management initiatives, leading company transition from client server environment to cloud based computing platform. • Grew revenues at 40% compounded annual growth rate. • Delivered 10 out of 12 record sales quarters. • Established key channel partnership with Microsoft, navigating the company to Gold Partner Status, and leading recruitment of many Microsoft channel partners • Established key channel partnerships with Benefits Management and Payroll groups. • Created and implemented market positioning strategy that elevated company image from obscurity to top 5 vendor status. • Built in-house database from 1,000 leads to over 16,000.
