Developed and implemented all business processes around cloud computing technologies focused on CRM leader Salesforce.com. Recruited and trained 40 top-performing sales and sales management professionals. Key management leader who made numerous presentations to the Board and investors and was instrumental in securing 2 rounds of financing. • Drove meteoric increase in revenues from $120K to over $6M per annum in 2.5 years. • Won more than 2,500 new annual customers in SMB/SME in first two years. • Formulated and implemented a successful go-to-market strategy that established Payscale Professional as an innovative industry leader and award winning product. • Championed strategy to develop successful new up-market products. • Forged business alliance with CEB, Corporate Executive Board, a key B2B partner that became a major Payscale investor. • Negotiated and closed business development relationships with Taleo, SuccessFactors and many small to mid-sized HR consulting firms.
