Business visionary that defined and implemented business strategies for launch of TalentSpring service into the US recruiting market. Sales and marketing leader who established TalentSpring product needs and priorities to facilitate completion of the product design for successful market release. Led and directed the development and implementation of all facets of Sales and Business Development administrative infrastructure processes around cloud computing technologies Salesforce.com CRM, Zuora Quote to Cash, and Vertical Response e-Marketing. • Recruited and staffed 5 person sales and customer service team. • Led the successful launch of TalentSpring into key markets. • Personally closed initial orders with key customers. • Negotiated and closed Business Development relationships with Market leaders Monster, Taleo, CareerBuilder and Yahoo HotJobs.
