Executive Chef of resturant, prepare and cooked food, fabricated meat and fish, ordered product, inventory, made daily specials, supervised a staff of 4, followed all sanitation procedures, Osha regulations, catering and banquet services, prepared extravegent holiday buffets and special events, parties.
