Provided outstanding service in support of more than 60 Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) and Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI) plans representing more than $1 billion in assets. Partnered with product development and sales teams to develop and distribute plan implementation packages to clients and respond to customer inquiries. Completed wide range of services related to reporting, illustrations, death claims, fund reallocations, premium payments, and surrenders. Provided investment managers with cash flow for monthly transactions, and calculated / tracked returns on various accounts. Trained clients on use of Specialized Benefit Resources Web site.
