• Underwrote, attained credit approval and documented secured loans. • Coordinated portfolio management responsibilities such as borrower covenant compliance, re-financings, waivers, amendments, and GE risk management reporting. • Worked on both agented and syndicated debt facilities as well as single lender transactions • Managed affiliated “problem” account, dealing with all aspects of business management, including: financial reporting, budgeting, management decisions and employee matters (hiring and terminating a general manager and negotiating with a union).
