• Originated direct Private Placement opportunities (~ $250MM) sourced from GE/GE Capital business units - included customer interaction, due diligence, underwriting/approval and all legal documentation. • Underwrote, obtained credit approval and documented 6 agented Private Placement offerings. • Helped manage Genworth’s private equity portfolio – review of Offering Memorandums, attended investor meetings/fund conferences and general portfolio management. • Team member in launch of Bank Loan asset class - due diligence of potential managers, review of performance/capabilities/strategy/management/etc… for fit with Genworth investment objectives.
