Independently performed assessments of client's vital signs, Scheduled patient appointments and set up transportation,reported client condition of abnormalities to Doctor, Family.Completed head to toe assessments, wound assessments, began acute care plans,obtained weight administered all injections, obtained all lab work per MD orders, specimen collections. Responded to emergencies based upon patient assessment of acute condition.
