Daily Duties at Nurse Staffing:
-Report from off going Nurse, Narcotic Count,Medication administration, assessed vital signs, provided wound care as needed, monitored labs per Physiciaian's orders,Managed all patient charting,medication administration, wound care, patient and family communication,patient education, care planning and obtained verbal Doctor's orders, follow up with MAR/TAR and charting per policy.
