Responsible for entire loan process: customer dialogue, credit report and income analysis, appraisals, ensure title search performed and underwriting completed, and relay rate and approval status to customer. Possesses extensive products and services expertise and keen understanding of regulatory requirements in the lending environment across all 50 states. Qualified and classified loans in strict compliance to company guidelines and regulations, and had loan sign-off authority to $417,000 and $200,000 for prime and sub-prime, respectively. Worked with DU, LP and Zippy prime underwriting systems.
