•Reconcile and coordinate accounts for hundreds of clients. •Handle sensitive information for more than 300 individuals in a professional manner. •Prepare paperwork needed for clients to open new brokerage accounts. •Respond to client inquiries regarding account status and tax information. •Assist in trading by entering information into the database, forwarding bank notifications, and taking trade reports over the phone. •Ensure the tax information of all transferred assets was received and properly recorded. •Process withdrawal requests, ensuring that all needed information is on hand. •Oversee the transfer of several dozen client accounts between brokerage firms.
