Directed and managed the activities of 30 staff members to ensure accurate and timely claims processing. Managed Provider Services activities to ensure goals and objectives were met. Developed and managed departmental budgets. Developed strategies to ensure DHCF contract reporting requirements were implemented and delivered timely.
