Directed and managed the day-to-day activities of this start-up business to ensure optimal operations performance for organization. Developed strategies to ensure that operations were efficient to contributed to revenue stream. Managed an interanl team of 8 senior managers including the CIO, Compliance Officer, Prvider Relations Manager and their direct reports. Provider oversight to the Corporate Operations team to ensure local Operations efficiency.
