Created and presented utilization numbers supporting proposed multi-group surgery center. • Collaborated with managing partner to build multi-group (4 office) surgery center in 3 years. • Boosted physician revenue, enhanced patient account services, and fully integrated PMS solution by creating effective policies, procedures, and workflows for both physicians and staff.
