Developed Project and Implementation Plans; integrated product into workflow environment maximizing its use. Managed multiple client accounts and projects. Participated in client meetings, presentation of proposals pre and post-contract, and account status reporting to Medical Manager and client executive teams. • Developed and implemented consultative tools for client executive teams, training programs for key operators and end-users, post-live support programs, and practice rollout plans used by clients post contract, Medical Manager regional trainers, and project managers
